1 Overview

FieldProofPro ("the App") is a driver audit tool designed for vending and micro-market operators. It is developed and operated by FieldProofPro ("we," "us," or "our").

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App and our website collect, how that information is used, and how it is stored.

2 Information We Collect

In the App

FieldProofPro is an offline-first tool. All data you create within the App — including but not limited to driver names, location names, auditor names, audit scores, notes, penalty counts, and photos — is stored exclusively on your device. This information is:

• Never transmitted to our servers or any external service
• Never sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties
• Not accessible to us in any way

Location Information

The App does not request or access your device's location services (GPS). The "Location" field in the audit form is a free-text field that you fill in manually. No geographic coordinates are collected or recorded.

Photos & Camera

The App requests access to your device's camera and photo library solely to allow you to attach photos to audit records. Photos are stored locally on your device within the App's data. They are not uploaded to any server or shared with any third party. See Section 6 for more details.

Device Information

We do not collect device identifiers, usage analytics, crash reports, or any other telemetry data from the App.

3 How We Use Your Information

Because all App data is stored locally on your device, we have no access to it and therefore do not use it in any way.

For information submitted through our website contact form, we use it solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Communicate information about FieldProofPro
• Assess interest and onboard early access users

We do not use your contact information for unsolicited marketing and we will never sell it to any third party.

4 Data Storage & Security

In the App: All data is stored locally on your iOS device using Apple's standard on-device storage. It is protected by your device's built-in security features, including any passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID you have configured.

If you delete the App, all associated data stored on your device is permanently removed.

We recommend enabling device-level backups (iCloud or iTunes/Finder) if you wish to preserve your audit history. Any such backup is subject to Apple's own privacy practices.

On our website: Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree (see Section 5). We retain this information for as long as necessary to follow up with you, after which it is deleted.

5 Third-Party Services

The App itself does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection services.

AI Performance Analysis: The "Generate Summary" feature in the App uses on-device processing provided by Apple. No data is sent to external AI services or servers as part of this feature.

Our website uses the following third-party service:

• Formspree — processes contact form submissions on our website. When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and any other information you provide is transmitted to Formspree's servers and then forwarded to us. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

No other third-party services are used on our website. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising trackers.

6 Camera & Photo Library

FieldProofPro requests the following permissions on your iOS device:

• Camera — to allow you to take photos during an audit and attach them to the audit record
• Photo Library — to allow you to select existing photos from your device and attach them to an audit record

These permissions are used only when you explicitly choose to take or attach a photo. The App does not access your camera or photo library in the background, does not scan your photo library, and does not upload photos anywhere. All photos attached to audits are stored locally on your device as part of the audit record.

You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device's Settings → Privacy & Security. Revoking them will prevent you from attaching new photos to audits but will not affect existing records.

7 Our Website

Our website (fieldproofpro.com) is a static informational page. It does not use cookies for tracking, does not run advertising scripts, and does not fingerprint visitors.

Standard server access logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) may be retained by our web hosting provider (Netlify) as part of normal hosting operations. These logs are used solely for security and infrastructure purposes and are not used to identify individual visitors. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.

The contact form on our website is powered by Formspree. See Section 5 for details.

8 Children's Privacy

FieldProofPro is designed for use by business professionals in the vending and micro-market industry. It is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe that a child has submitted personal information to us through our website, please contact us at info@fieldproofpro.com and we will promptly delete it.

9 Your Rights

Because the App stores all data locally on your device, you have full and direct control over it at all times. You can view, edit, or delete your audit data directly within the App, or by deleting the App entirely.

For information submitted through our website contact form, you may request:

• Access — a copy of the information we hold about you
• Correction — correction of any inaccurate information
• Deletion — removal of your information from our records

10 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users — for example, by posting a notice on our website or through an App update.

Your continued use of the App or website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
